"A Gentleman Drunk is a cleverly-written autobiography about a drunk who makes you laugh, cry and feel good about life's struggles. It is a quick read and I could not put it down."

"I know a lot of people who have struggled with alcohol, drugs, co-depend., etc. and I admire you for putting yourself out there.  What a great gift to the community."

Alcohol damages nearly every organ in the body, taking its worst toll on the liver and brain.  It is the mood-altering ingredient in beer, wine and hard liquor.

Alcohol is broken down in the liver at the rate of 1/2 ounce per hour
(about one drink per hour).

It is considered a "Gate Way Drug" and a depressant, destroying brain cells, which cannot be replaced.

It is one of the hardest addictions to beat.
